Do you want to live the life of your dreams?
Do you feel you already do, but find there are still things you wish to change that either don’t happen quickly enough, the way you thought they would/should, or seem out of your control?
Then, read on…
Nikola Tesla got it right when he said, If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. It is all about managing your personal energy and bringing it into vibrational alignment with the frequency you wish to match. When it comes to creating what you desire, dream of, covet, that frequency is one of love.
Loving yourself and others begins with a sort of communication, one between yourself and your other selves. Do you want to create a world where you are centered, strong and free? Then see your life that way. Reflect into yourself and share the vision of the world you seek with yourself. Meditate in consumable bites. Contemplate in situations as pure and mindful as doing the dishes or fixing the broken appliance, or filling your tank at the petrol station. Find your inner voice and speak, whispering to your self, your soul, your signature.
Use whatever mindful practices that feel right for you to reach your end game. There are many ways to get there, and herein I will share what works for me to align with what I wish to experience in my human life; things like, integrate schisms, internal or external to your personality. Realign vibrational shifts in one’s energetic field. Connect with spiritual truth and knowledge. Or, simply attract that which you desire born from both day and night dreams.
Surrender to regain control. Forgive yourself and/or others to garner relief. Hold gratitude to release pain, grief, anger, frustration, jealousy, and in the doing instantly acquire that which is sacred to you. It is a matter of using your imagination to create what is in your highest good, and allowing as well-being follows. It all becomes yours when you envelop the equanimity of communication. When you are ready, tap into your intuition, and begin.
I’ve been doing this for quite a while. I started out languishing in long, ritualized meditations of all sorts, and they were great! As a matter of fact, I often used the track shared directly below (Meditation Headrush) to float away into thoughtlessness.
Be sure to use earbuds or a headset to benefit fully from the back and forth vibration of stereophonic sound as it travels from the right to the left channel and back again.
Meditation Headrush | runs: 43:06
However, over the years I found such practices were not necessary to connect to my soul signature. I can “get there” in a second or three by bringing my vibration to the desired frequency level – usually one of joy, gratitude, love.
What do I mean by that?
Think of something that brings you to the vibration you seek. If it is love, then recall a moment of the most precious love and take yourself there – to the sensory experience of it. What were the tastes, smells, sounds, and other stimuli that fostered the emotion? If solace… find that place. Use your imagination, your ability to visualize. Go there. Feel it! Be it! Ruminate in the ecstasy of the experience for as long as you feel comfortable. Alleviate doubt. Know what you are feeling with every sensor of your beingness is real, genuine, alive in you! Then, FLASH! You are there! Reaping the effortless bounty of a self-actualized aspiration.

Reaching this wildly satisfying set point of passion reminds me of a Chrysocolla stone.
- … first and foremost it is a stone of communication. Its very essence is devoted to expression, empowerment and teaching. The serenity of its turquoise-blue color discharges negative energies, calms, and allows truth and inner wisdom to surface and be heard. A peaceful stone, it emphasizes the power our words and actions have on those around us, and encourages compassion and strengthening of character.
Chrysocolla is a copper stone, ranging from light green to deep blue, and is often found in association with Malachite and Azurite. Some chrysocolla contains Cuprite. It is favored as a stone of prosperity and business astuteness, reacting upon the analytical and intuitive abilities. Like a balance scale, it can stimulate the mind and relax emotions at the same time.
Chrysocolla is a stone of empowerment of the feminine energies, teaching that genuine power is best expressed through gentleness. It is a stone of the Goddess, and those who resonate with it will likely feel her ancient and enduring energies rising within themselves.
It is the stone of forgiveness, peace, and the strengthening of emotional bonds. It encourages compassion, and helps us recover our natural spontaneity.
